MEETING ROOMS – ROOMS (108), (109), (112), (113), (114), (115)

The FFA Enrichment Center offers (6) meeting rooms each with an individual square footage of 800. Each room is traditionally set up with (5ft) classroom tables that seat up to (2) attendees. The seating for the single meeting room can be flexible for up to 32 classroom attendees, accommodating 16 tables of (2) seats. Each single meeting room can also hold up to 50 attendees theatre style. Other room configurations can be optional and customized based on the meeting and/or event needs (see room configurations).

Each single meeting room offers basic audio visual that is included in the room rental. Basic A/V equipment includes a ceiling projector, a screen, VGA cable, computer /faculty station, and sound system.

Weekday Full Day Rental: $190.00

Weekday Half Day Rental: $135.00

COMBINED MEETING ROOMS – ROOMS (108/109), (112/113), (114/115)

With the flexibility of space, the single meeting rooms can combine for larger meetings and events. The combined meeting room provides a space of 1600 square feet. As a combined meeting room, the capacity can expand to 64 attendees with 32 tables that seat up to (2) attendees each. In addition, the combined meeting room can accommodate up to 100 theatre seating. Other room configurations can be optional and customized based on the meeting and/or event needs (see room configurations).

The combined meeting room synchronizes the basic audio visual package that is included in the room rental. The combined Basic A/V equipment includes (2) ceiling projectors, (2) screens, (2) VGA cables, (2) computer/faculty stations and a full sound system.
