Rental rates include facility/room rental, tables, chairs and room setup, use of A/V Equipment, electric and WiFi.

Rental rates do not include catering fee - 10% for preferred caterers and 18% for non-preferred caterers.

Room Set-Up

Accommodating requests for different room set-up is limited by the configuration of the room. Please see room layout options available from FFA Enrichment Center Events Coordinator. Layouts attached are relevant only for meeting rooms, not the large conference room.  **Social Distance seating, available upon request.

Other equipment or services needed may be brought in by the renting organization or group or rented from an outside vendor with approval of the FFA Enrichment Center staff. Equipment brought in or rented is the renters responsibility and not the responsibility of FFA Enrichment Center or DMACC if lost, broken or stolen. All outside equipment must be removed immediately following the event

Large Celebration Parties, Holiday Events, Fundraising Events and Wedding Packages

Rates for groups without meeting/conference requirements
  • Ultimate FFA Package: $4,250-- For your reception of up to 480 guests. Includes full conference room, atrium and catering kitchen. (Minimum for Saturdays)
  • National Blue Package: $3,000-- For your reception of up to 200 guests. Includes one conference room, atrium and catering kitchen. (Not valid on Saturdays)
  • Wedding Ceremony Addition- $250--2 Preparation rooms & Expo Hall Ceremony
