Conference Center- Conference Rooms

The FFA Enrichment Center offers two large conference rooms, each with 4,400 square feet of flexible event space. These rooms are designed to accommodate a variety of meeting and event setups:

• Banquet Style: Seats up to 240 attendees (30 tables with 8 seats per table)
• Theatre Style: Accommodates up to 350 attendees
• Custom Layouts: Non-traditional seating available upon request

Each large conference room includes a basic audio-visual package, which features:

• Ceiling-mounted projector
• 16' x 10' projection screen
• HDMI or VGA cable connection
• Laptop for presentations
• Built-in sound system
• Up to four microphones:
  • 2 wireless microphones (lavaliere or handheld)
  • 2 wired microphones

For larger meetings and events, Rooms 106 and 107 can be combined into a single 8,800-square-foot conference space. This expanded room configuration offers:

• Banquet Style: Seats up to 480 attendees (60 tables with 8 seats per table)
• Theatre Style: Accommodates up to 700 attendees
• Custom Layouts: Available upon request

The combined audio-visual package includes:

• Two ceiling-mounted projectors
• Two 16' x 10' projection screens
• Two HDMI or VGA cables
• Two laptops for presentations
• Integrated sound system
• Up to six microphones:
  • 2 wireless microphones (lavaliere or handheld)
  • 4 wired microphones
